Craigslist has found methods to let users police against spammers, to allow links while assuring the post providing the link is pertinent and useful, and to make peronal accountabilty a large part of the equation. In so doing, Craigslist has empowered individuals to circumvent the costs and beurocracies of larger organizations, and enabled an advantage to communication and access for commercial purposes from small entitiy to small entity disrupting established cartels of information.
